Firm enough and soft enough

Best thing I have bought in years

I can not say enough about the Casper Hybrid. My boyfriend and I sleep so well, and wake up so refreshed. We say it's like sleeping on a cloud! I have a hip replacement and can finally sleep on both sides with no pain which is so great. The mattress and frame were affordable, the white glove service was excellent and I couldn't be happier. When the guys were setting up the mattress and frame, I was curious so asked if they get a lot of returns of mattresses. One of the guys said, "We get a lot of returns but rarely does anyone return a Casper so you bought a good one!". And he was so right! I have been recommending Casper to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed!!!

This was a very good mattress. It was nice and thick and soft but unfortunately it was just a little too soft for us. I would however recommend this mattress to anyone who likes a softer mattress. It's not overly soft but we just like a pretty firm mattress. I'm still giving this mattress for stars because there's nothing wrong with it our presence is just a firmer mattress. Thank you for letting us try this mattress for free.

Best mattress I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a bit hesitant about ordering this mattress without seeing it in person, sitting on it, etc. After reading the many reviews and the fact that we had 100 days to try it out, we thought “why not!” The first three or four nights were not great...my body was adjusting, which I was aware of. We have had the mattress for about a month now and I can’t think of any negatives! Softest mattress I have ever owned and just the right amount of firmness. We used to have a queen mattress and decided to upgrade to a king. Best decision ever! Can’t say enough about this mattress....free delivery, 100 night guarantee, ease of ordering, quality mattress, and great customer service.
