I toss and turn all night and my wife is seeing a chiropractor

I know its been 6 months but I wanted to let you know that we are not happy or satisfied with our mattress at all. It started about 3 months in where I started to toss and turn because I couldn’t get comfortable. Now I haven’t had a good night sleep in several months. I know this to be true because I travel every couple of months and when I am on the road, I sleep like a baby and don’t move all night long. It has started to affect my wife who is going to a chiropractor because her hips and legs hurt so much. Again, I realize this response is 6 months late but do you have any type of refund policy for such an extreme case.Thank you.Lou Protonentis.

I gave it 4 stars because my husband loves it, the dogs do too. He would give it a 5 and I would give it a 3 so we settle on 4. The bed is comfortable for laying/sleeping for the most part. I tend to set up and read in bed and my butt sinks in and goes numb. When I am sleeping the mattress "sucks" you in so a bit of work to get out, lol. It also holds in a TON of heat, which my husband loves because he is always cold. I am warm so I'm not a fan. Our dogs just love the mattress, should by an extra bed so we have more room....

We have always had traditional mattresses. My brother recently bought a casper when he moved into a new house- during the tour he said we “had to” lay on his bed and try it out. We were instantly sold! I felt the support and comfort, and when my wife laid down next to me there was zero movement. We biught on of our own, along with the pillows and the foundaion, and could not be happier. I have never slept so soundly and all through the night. It was easy to set up and a dream- pun intended- to sleep on. Great job, team Casper!
