I never had back pain while sleeping until I bought a Casper mattress

I bought my mattress at the beginning of the pandemic. Based on the reviews I was ready to love it. However, not long after I bought it I started experiencing back pain but because of the cost, I’ve continued to sleep on it, and wake up with back pain. I tried buying a knee pillow and memory foam pillow and neither helped. Now I hate my Casper mattress and I’m trying to decide if I should get rid of it or try to salvage the situation through buying some sort of topper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Casper full and wanted to upgrade to a Queen. I mistakenly tried purple only to return it and go back to Casper! I need support for my back but I also wanted the cushion and I find Casper is the perfect blend of both for me.

Unboxing and setup was simple. It took a few nights to get used to and I wish there was more edge support but for the most part it has been a good experience. I have and would recommend this mattress to friends and family.
