I would not recommend this product to anyone. Between the ironing of the sheets and repairing the mattress cover it is a waste of money. Poor product and substandard materials. The survey would not accept no stars.

I am well rested when I get up in the mornings and my back does not hurt. My husband is able to lay on his right shoulder longer than he used to thanks to the mattress "hugging" his body.

Conquers aches and pain of two kids under two in your 40s

The spring mattress that we had for 8+ years was not doing it (and springs broke during the pregnancy with the baby that weighed more than 10 lbs). Desperate for better sleep, I took to the internet to research options. Having heard about Casper from some of my favorite podcasts and buoyed by incredibly high rating from Consumer Reports, I took the plunge and ordered a mattress I couldn't "try before you buy." Many say it takes some time to adjust to the Casper, but my partner and I experienced immediate improvements to our sleep and an elimination of the aches and pains were were waking up with before. I highly recommend the mattress! I prefer something softer and my partner something firmer and the Casper absolutely meets both of our needs in a very comfortable, supportive, middle space. More than a month in, and we are still raving about our fantastic new mattress. I'm also excited it has no springs to break and rates highest in durability. I was concerned the foam would be too warm for me (history of night sweats) but its been a dream to sleep on.

We moved to the Casper from a 14 year old spring mattress, which was still pretty comfortable but starting to wear out.
The Casper took a while to adjust to. I like a firm mattress, and it was actually fairly firm from the beginning, but the small amount of give gave me back pain for the first 3 weeks or so. My lower back was sore when I woke up each morning. However, that seems to be gone now.
The biggest problem I have with the Casper is that it holds heat significantly more than our old mattress. This is fine in the winter, but it was quite warm when we first got it in the fall. Even if my top was cold, my back would be far too warm (and sweaty) against the mattress. This shouldn't be an issue if you have temperature control in the warmer weather, but it was an issue for us in an apartment without air conditioning.
Overall, I would say it's a good mattress, but takes some getting used to. After about 3 months, my husband and I both like it, but probably would have liked many other mattresses just as much. If I could, I would have given it 3.5 stars.
