DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! Worst mattress I ever purchased. I bought this about 3 years again and it’s turned to garbage. There is no more support to this thing and I followed all there instructions. I wake up everyday to the most incredible back pain. How does a mattress after three years lose all its support. I cringe every night when I have to go to bed because I know the pain I will wake up with in the morning. Do you self a favor and spend a little extra money and get a REAL mattress.

I have lower back pain from time to time but ever since I started sleeping on this mattress I haven’t had any. This is by far the best mattress I have ever had. I will definitely be a returning customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good quality. The delivery took for ever. I don't know if the box got lost, but the box came in a very bad shape.The company never contacted me to notify about the delay, but we bought it around July 4th and we got around July 20th!Maybe I am old fashion, but this mattress is not for me. Too hard. I feel like I'm floating, It doesn't adjust to the contour of your body. I haven't had a good night sleep after trying it for a month.I am returning it!

We've had the bed a couple of weeks now. Big, big improvement over our prior mattress. I'm pretty much a side sleeper, my wife is a back, stomach and side sleeper (mostly side and back) and she has noticed how much better her back feels. I've noticed how much better my back feels. What prompted us to look for a new bed was when we were waking up each day stiff, not feeling like we had just slept for 6-8 hours (probably the tossing and turning). After about a year of waking up like that we decided to look for beds. We landed on the Casper and are glad we did. It's comfortable, it doesn't sleep hot and unboxing it was a breeze.

Soft yet still firm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially we were worried that this mattress wasn't firm enough. We had a memory foam mattress before that was relatively firm. We were looking for a bigger mattress (king) and something that was a little more better quality. When the King Casper Mattress first arrived we thought it was a little soft. We put sheets on it and slept on it the first week and we realized it was perfect! It was soft but still firm and provided great support. We are super happy with this purchase!
