The ordering, unpacking and putting together of the set was very easy. The mattress itself is not that comfortable. It came highly recommended but I am quite disappointed with the overall sleep experience.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews and testing out the mattress ( I toss and turn at night and get hot easily no matter how cold the room is, and that has stopped substantially), I'm pleased with my purchase! I just wished when I'm sitting at the edge of the bed, I didn't sink as much, but I knew that already from other reviews; not a deal breaker for me that's for sure. ;)

I am so sad- I can’t watch tv in bed anymore! As soon as I lie down, I’m asleep! Which is a fantastic problem to have, I suppose... But seriously, I have back troubles and they are so much better since sleeping on the Casper. We’ve had it two weeks now and my husband and I absolutely love it! I’m a hot sleeper and haven’t had troubles yet.

The bed feels soft when you put your hand on it, but it sleeps firm. Debating if I’m going to return this and get something else, or try putting a topper on it. I feel I shouldn’t need to put a topper on a mattress for it to be comfortable.

Too soft. Can't sit on the mattress. You sink so bad - it is unbelievable. The mattress is designed only for sleeping. You cannot sit on it and watch TV or feed the baby. You will hurt your back more

BEST BED EVER

My husband was in a car accident he has been in a recliner for 6 years to be able to sleep I bought him a Casper bed and he has been sleeping with NO PAIN IN HIS CASPER BED FOR 6 months now. Anyone with back problems this bed is your SOLUTION TRUST US we are living proof it’s the best bed EVER
