Prior to The Casper, my husband and I both suffered with back aches, aching bones and aching pressure points of the neck, shoulders, hips and knees. We had enough of the mattress from hell and decided to research mattresses via Consumer Reports. The number 1 mattress listed was The Casper. We looked at all the available mattresses and what they offered. The Casper was our first choice and we are completely satisfied with the comfort. No more aches and known pressure points. We hadno problem with the unpacking; thought it would monstrously heavy since it is a king but two adults can handle this task just fine. It came to life within 4 hours or so; wr let it sit overnight just to be sure it was ready. It is so firm when you first lie on it but your body adjusts and the mattress seems to adjust to your body as well. No complaints so far. Great sleep, good temp, re omnend it to anyone looking for a good mattress. Dont have to flip it either, just turn it. So far, so good! Happy sleep!
