Would recommend ordering a Casper mattress to friends

I received my Casper mattress almost a month ago and very happy with it.It is softer than my previous mattress, but quite comfortable. If it were firmer, I would have given it 5 Stars.I never thought that I would order a mattress online, but I am pleased with the whole experience.

Solid Mattress, issues with the unboxing experience and customer service

So far my girlfriend and I have enjoyed the mattress. However, during the un-boxing process, we noticed that the mattress (foam) was situated the wrong way in the enclosing that in came in, and we had to rearrange it. There was also a small chunk (~ 1 cubic inch) that was cut out from one of the corners. We debated returning it and requesting a new one, but did not as we had initially had a poor experience with customer service, and felt this would take too long. When we first ordered the mattress, it seemed like it took a long time to process the order, so we wanted to check in and make sure that everything was OK. I was unable to reach anyone at Casper via web-based chat, email or phone (despite sitting on the phone for over an hour).

Relatively easy to unbox and set up given that the package is heavy. Very comfortable sleeping, a big improvement over previous mattress, which was considered to be top quality. Yes, I would recommend it.

Constant Convenient Comfort!

The edges aren’t super firm, as I read on the website before I bought, but I honestly don’t mind (and was told that, so had no false expectations). That’s the only “downside” I’ve noticed that is different from my previous coil spring mattress. I fall asleep immediately and find myself getting into a comfortable position right away instead of feeling restless for a bit first like I used to with my old mattress. And the process of getting it was hassle free; they delivered right to my door not even a week after ordering! Would absolutely recommend to others!
