I believe an adequate foundation for the mattress is important. Very pleased with the mattress and the price! I was hesitant to buy a mattress online but I’m so glad I did.

We spent a week in Austin, Tx in May 2018 and stayed at the Austin Motel for the 1st time and we were shocked by such a simple motel room but fell in love with it because of the Casper mattress. It had been years since my husband and I have slept so sound.. My husband uses a c-pap mask to sleep and can only sleep on his back but with the Casper Mattress he can sleep on his side. I have back problems and now I wake with no pain at all (did I mention I have 2 Casper pillows as well and I can't imagine sleeping without Casper! Thank You to all the engineers that worked hard to make sure folks like us get a restful and dreamy nights rest. Sounds crazy but I believe my dreams have even gotten better.
