I also ordered the support system for the Mattress and it was shipped with stripped threads on the runner board the screws were lying out of the package on top when I removed it from the box, so I believe it was a return and then sent back out because the screw holes in the headboard were already stripped, runner board wasn’t long enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is great. Honestly I don't need a pillow anymore, since the Casper is ergonomically designed for the body (I'm a back sleeper). I go to bed with aches from work but I wake up feeling pain-free and refreshed! I don't get too hot like people say about other foam mattresses. Setup was efficient (I am a 130' girl and it only took me about 45 min to setup the queen-sized riser, foundation, and mattress by myself). Would definitely recommend!

I love the speediness of the delivery of my mattress. I ordered the King size mattress and when the box came I couldn't wait to open it. When I opened it I loved hearing the air sealed bag let loose and the mattress inflate. The mattress is very comfortable and is not too firm. I was slightly worried it may be too firm, but honestly it is perfect. Not too soft and not too firm. I am getting great sleep at night and find that the bed supports my body great. I have pretty bad back problems and have found this mattress helps my back. Would definitely order another Casper mattress in the future.
