[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on the Casper for 6 weeks now and am very pleased. It is firm but soft….sounds oxymoronic but it describes the mattress well. It supports me but also is cuddly and comforting. I am sleeping much better than on our lumpy old conventional mattress which cost much more than this one. The cats and dog like it too!

Shipping of the mattress was super quick - no waiting. Unboxing and setup was simple. No lingering off-gassing smell like you get with some other mattresses. I’ve found the mattress to be firm not to too firm (just right), and not too hot either. Just what I’d hoped for!

I purchased it for my Autistic son who lives in a Group Home. He wasn't sleeping well and I think it was the bed they provided, plus it was not long enough. He is 6'4" and hated his feet hanging over the bed.. I did not sleep on it over night, but laid on it for a good while and I will consider getting one for my self when the time comes. My son thought it was fun opening the box and watching it SPRING to life. He just couldn't imagine that there was a matress in there.

Sad to say your mattresses are not a fit for me. I bought my husband a casper 3 years ago and he loves his. The one I just bought for myself is nothing like his. His is firm but not to firm the one I have is far to soft and must go back. I don't why you changed the firmness of the casper it was great the way it was. Calling Monday to give back the mattress. Sorry I really wanted this one to work.
