I'm only a week in, but really liking my new Casper mattress. It's bouncier than my last one, which I think is helping to keep me cooler at night. It also makes it a lot easier to move around. This mattress still has a little of that classic memory foam feel though and is super cozy. It's really just a nice combo between how an innerspring feels and how memory foam feels. I'm definitely looking forward to next few weeks on it!

Time proven amazing mattress

We purchased our Casper in 2017, prior to this every mattress we've owned was a pillow-top and no matter whether we flipped it or turned it, the pillow-top always ended with a hump in the middle and valley's on each side. Every mattress we had lasted 8 to 10 years. We've had our Casper Mattress for 5 years, it is in as perfect shape today as the day we got it. This is the most comfortable and durable mattress we've owned. When one person moves there isn't any movement felt by the other. We have no back aches or complaints of any kind. This is truly the perfect mattress. If anyone is wondering if the investment is worth it, the answer is yes and you won't be disappointed.

Great mattress, even greater customer support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I sleep on my stomach and most mattress stores kept suggesting super firm mattresses that were uncomfortable. The original is firm enough to not sink when I lay down, but not so firm where I feel like I’m sleeping on a rock. I’ve been having the worst back pains from my old mattress but one week with my new mattress, the back pain is completely gone.
Casper also has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. A king mattress was shipped to me accidentally (I ordered the queen) and I immediately could chat with someone to resolve the issue. They kept me updated on shipping the new mattress (it was delivered the next day!) as well as what to do with the king mattress. It was the same person I spoke to through the whole process so there was no confusion and they were a great help with all of my questions.
Seriously Casper, market your customer service more because you don’t see assistance like this in many places anymore and it’s what has turned me into such a big fan!
