Not the right mattress for us…

We really wanted to give Casper a try, when we decided to purchase a new mattress. It was a few years ago. We wanted a firm mattress, so picked the firmest Casper offered.
It was awful… it offered no support at all, you feel like you are sinking to the bed boards. And the sides… you absolutely can not sit on this mattress: you slide right off. The good thing was that Casper offers to take your mattress at no charge. So we immediately got rid of it. Sorry Casper!

Perfect Combo of Squish and Stability

Set up was so simple and my first night’s sleep on my new Casper was incredible! It’s the perfect mix of squish and stability for this side sleeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected the unboxing to be problematic doing it by myself. However, it turned out ok. It took me a few moments to figure out that I'd be better off opting to tear the box open at all of the seams but after that it was easy enough to accomplish the unboxing from there by myself.
My old mattress was causing me to wake up in pain which lasted all day long. So, I don't know how much of the first week was lingering old mattress woes and how much is related to the new mattress break in period. After the first week, things got better. I'm now on week three and I am waking up a bit sore. But, the soreness dissipates after about a half hour. So, while it's still not an ideal sleep, it's at least better than what I had. I'm still hoping that over the next few weeks that the mattress will get even better and the lingering soreness issues will disappear as well.

Finally a great nights sleep!

She had a Casper bed and as soon as my husband and I moved into our new home we purchased our new mattress with Casper! Thank you for a good night sleep…Finally!
