I was thrilled to get my casper three years ago, but after three years the mattress breaks down and gets firmer and I can no longer sleep on it. What a disappointment. I contacted casper and they said they feel their 100 day trial is enough. Well the mattress was great for the first few years, but as I stated, the product breaks down or compacts leaving you with a very firm mattress. Just a heads up to think your purchase through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easiest delivery and set up. Loved how the bed frame opened without the use of any tools. Casper is very nice and $ well spent, but not quite a comfy as my more expensive “traditional” mattress.
