[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was perfect. I would have rated five stars but one of the seam welts is out of place. It is about an inch away from the corner. Very comfortable and quite expensive.

Unboxing needed some help but was pretty easy.
My old mattress was feeling too soft, not enough support. I think it was not well made to begin with and had just broken down with the years.
The new Casper looked more substantial the minute it came out of the box. It definitely was more supportive, a little hard after years on a too soft surface. Not uncomfortable though.
I've been sleeping on it for three nights now and I've already adjusted to it and find it very comfortable.
I bought it because it had such a high rating on Consumer Reports and I am glad I did.

I was skeptical at first because of the abundance of commercials and ads I'd seen for Casper mattresses. But recently my old full size spring mattress finally became un-sleepable and of the options I had researched I went with this mattress because of the overall positive reviews and the price.
I'm giving it 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations. I initially thought I wouldn't get good sleep on a memory foam mattress, being a lifelong pillow top/spring-sleeper, and I thought I'd be returning it sooner than later. I was pleasantly surprised after the first week to have not only acclimated but gotten deeper sleep.
I think my sleep quality will only continue to improve the more I get used to it. The only negative I have is that it does seem to retain heat more than my old mattress, however I know that is characteristic of foam mattresses in general. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to get used to a warmer mattress in the summer but I'm sure I'll enjoy it in the winter.

Not comfortable at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I am not impressed with my Casper. I purchased it to help with my lower back and shoulder pain with hope for a good nights sleep. I wake up with worse back pain now, my mattress seems to sag in the middle and does not provide the comfort I read about in all the reviews. I inquired about trying the Casper hybrid hoping maybe it would be a little firmer but I would have to request a return and then place a new order which would possibly leave me with no mattress. I have contacted customer service numerous times to inquire about switching and my compliants but they didn’t really care I was told they would arrange a pick up.

I can’t sleep on anything else!

I couldn’t wait to come home and sleep on my Casper mattress, so I could get a good nights rest. Nothing else compares. I wanted to share the same level of great sleep I receive every night with my guests, so I had to buy one for our guest bed.
