After months of research, we decided that Casper had all the features that we were looking for. No matter how tired I was, it took forever to fall asleep on the previous two mattresses, and one of them was very expensive. With Casper, zzzzzzzzz in 5 minutes. Never would I have guessed that this was possible. The best part is the guarantee so we didn't feel like we were taking any risk. When you have back issues, a solid edge that doesn't sink is important and this mattress has it. Everyone is different so try it out for yourself. I think you will like it better than anything else out there.

Who cares about the unboxing? The mattress does not conform to the body to give complete support. I expected the hips and shoulders to adjust better, so that there would be less pain. Your add suggested giving this unit a full 30 days before giving up on it. I will do just that.

Very dissapointed, not at all like the website indicated

We really enjoyed setting up the bed. It was fun to watch it expand. We bought the Casper frame, foundation, mattress and pillows. The frame and foundation were very easy to set up and fun to put together. We have been sleeping on the king mattress for 6 weeks now and do not like it at all. It is way to firm. I called Casper 2 weeks in to ask why it was so firm when my daughters twin mattress is great, not too firm or too soft. I was told because of the greater surface area it would take time to break in and that I needed to give my body time to adjust to the bed. Well, 4 weeks later I still toss and turn all night and wake up with lower back pain. I did not like our other mattress at all and was so looking forward to the Casper Mattress. I read everything on the website and thoroughly checked it out before our purchase. I am very disappointed. I will be returning it. I will say that our Basset hound loves it, he sleeps all night.
