Sure would have liked to have the unpacking instructions on the outside of the box. it was in the livingroom when the wife opened the box to find the instructions. Thats where the mattress decieded to expand. The differance between casper and the sleep number bed we replaced it with has pro's and con's. My only question is how long before the coal, or coal oil smell leaves the mattress? The wife has changed the sheets 3 different times and the odor is still there. Not a pungent odor, or a strong odor, but a odor just the same.

Best mattress we have ever bought!

This is our first bed in a box and our first non-spring mattress. We bought this mattress about a year ago and wanted to see how it was going to hold up. Well I can tell you this is the best mattress we have ever purchased. With spring type mattress, we have found that after about a year there will be divots where we sleep. After a year on this mattress, the wife and I can positivly attest there is no divots and it is probably the most comfortable mattress we have used. We like it so much we are considering buying one for our guest room, but on the other hand we dont want to make our guests too comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely hesitant to try Casper. However, I can certainly say that this was the best decision ever! As someone with a fractured pelvis and chronic back problems, finding a mattress is difficult and painful. Yet Casper is soft, supportive, and firm all at the same time. If you have not tried Casper- do it! You will not be disappointed. Their customer service is helpful and informative, and the bed arrived earlier than expected! They have a wonderful product for a reasonable price, and I can solidly say that I am a Casper believer.
