[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really pleased with the Casper after trying a competitor that was too firm for me. After having 2 babies, my old mattress wasn’t cutting it for my back pain. Although it still sleeps a little hot for me, I wake up feeling much better with almost no pain in my lower back. Thank you for making a great product at a reasonable price!
The inboxing experience so no problem. We absolutely love our mattress. I no longer wake up during the night or morning hurting. We know have great nights of sleep. I would definitely recommend this mattress to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What baffles me (in a good way) about my Casper is how it's both firm and soft. When you sit on it or push down on it, it's a very soft, giving mattress. But when you lay on it, it's firm and supportive, but with that "floating" sensation. You somehow don't feel heavy laying on this mattress; there's no "sinking" sensation. But you also don't feel like you're laying on a slab of concrete. It's great for couples, too. One doesn't create a "pit" that the other slowly rolls into. And the breathability of the foam keeps us both cool and comfortable. I don't know how they do it, but I love it. And as someone who travels often for work, I desperately miss it as soon as I crawl into some dumb hotel bed.
Overall I like the mattress- I do not like how the edges of the bed are soft and sink - it is not good to sit on. Also getting into bed is awkward because of this edge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a number of beds throughout the years, and when it was time to get another, well I had no idea what to get. I have had pillow tops, double pillow tops, and even an adjustable, air bed because of back issues. All were purchased in store because that's where you buy a bed. Right? When I was told about Casper, and how comfortable they were I was skeptical to say the least. Who buys a bed through the internet without being able to try it? After researching them, including Consumer Reports I decided to give it a try. They had the highest rating, and I had nothing to lose with a 100 night free trial. Besides they would pay to ship it back. From the very first night I can honestly say I have not only slept better, but my back is better when I get up in the morning. From what I read any foam mattress will have an odor, this has been minimal with the Casper and I have no complaints. Some say there are heat issues with a foam mattress, and I like a cool sleeping surface, again this has not been an issue with the Casper mattress I purchased because of the cooling layer they have on it. This is the best mattress I have ever purchased, and Casper? Yeah, you don't have to worry about paying to ship this back. I'm keeping it.
