[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great bed for the price. It’s been around a month and this bed helps us get to sleep quicker and more soundly. I do feel like I am loosing out on this deal as at least before I had time to encourage the wife to have some fun before catching some zzz’s now she just wants to sleep. Also the toddlers are sneaking in more to sleep. I’m thinking I am getting the sleeping cloud end of the deal here!

I didn't have to drag my husband down to the mattress store and pretend sleep in front of the salesman and other customers. I didn't have to leave my home. I received numerous recommendations from people I knew, including our son. This was enough evidence to purchase our new Casper. It is worthy of replacing our old and tired Tempur Pedic at a much lower price. Sleeping on the Casper is delightful as advertised. Why pay more to go into a store for a creepy experience?

We bought the Casper mattress the summer of 2015. It was AMAZING until about day 250 when my partner's side of the bed started "hollowing" out. We turned the bed around (so the foot was now the head) and that fixed the problem for a while. However, now both of our sides of the bed are doing it! We wake up with back pain because we are now sleeping in a U. The only solace is that lovely hump we have in the middle where it is oh so soft but firm at the same time (like our bed used to be, sniff) and we fight constantly over who gets to sleep in the middle now. I will try to contact customer service about a replacement under the warranty but it seems I will have to ship my mattress back to them (on our dime). I realize this isn't a miracle product and it is bound to have some wear over time however my partner experienced this first rather rapidly due to the fact that he is a rock during sleep. Hopefully, we can get this resolved!
