I bought my mattress July 2018 it was great for about 120 days now it's way to soft. It gave my wife back and neck trouble and she never had trouble before. The mattress is a piece of junk. I gave it to my son to try out and he also said it's way to soft. I would rather sleep on my ten year old mattress.I have found out that there are mattress companies out there that will give you a year trial now that's confidence.

We are very pleased with this mattress. I am 6'2" and Georgeanna is 5" but we both are very comfortable. We do not feel each other move despite our different sizes and sleep very well. Much better that before.

Waking up with back pains

This is our 2nd Casper and it not nearly as comfortable as our 1st one. We upgraded from a queen to a king, and the original is hands down more comfortable.
