I honestly did not think a bed that came in a box like Casper does would be comfortable, but I saw the reviews and figured I’d give it a shot. I also refused to buy another tempurpedic because I had such a bad experience with their customer service. So I took a chance and got the Casper and I am so happy I did. 1. The delivery came right on time.2. The platform bed is very easy to assemble and comes with the tools needed to put it together. I was able to put together the California king size platform bed together with no help.3. The bed is amazing, it’s not too soft and not too hard. It molds to your body without loosing its shape. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.
