My back problem has been much better sleeping on this. I do notice sometimes my back gets overheated. But it is much less so that any other mattresses I tried.

Delivery and set up was all fine. After seeing all the commercials and reading reviews I really was expecting to lay on it for the first time and think wow! But no. Mattress is on the softer side for my liking and at first had a hard time getting used to it. But some reviews online said that your body will get used to it. So, yeah, I guess I got used to it.
