[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Casper mattress. We studied and researched all brands and Casper was the best choice.
I like my queen Casper mattress pretty well. It's a little firmer than I had hoped and occasionally feel pressure points on my shoulder and hip (I'm a side sleeper). I ordered the foundation which would have been super easy to put together if the box wouldn't have been trashed by the carrier. One side of the frame was actually bent/distorted. I wasn't home to receive the shipment and inspect the box, so I didn't bother to call about it. I muscled through and forced it into submission. Not sure what will happen when I disassemble it. The damaged foundation doesn't affect my four-star rating of the mattress. I would recommend customers be available to receive the shipment.
The mattress and support were easy to put together. Out of their respective packages and set up in less than an hour or sooner. Mattress is comfortable, not to soft or to hard. Sleep is much more restful than with previous mattress. All in all and enjoyable experience and purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The prior beds that I have slept on always gave me back pain. Not the Casper! I love sleeping on this mattress and I no longer have back pain.
We like it. The one (and only) down side is the lingering odor of adhesives used to build the Casper. We aired-out our full size Casper for a good week before fitting sheets, blanket, and sleeping on it. We’re into our 4th or 5th week and odor is almost gone. This one issue will not deter us from purchasing another Casper — queen or king size — for our larger bedroom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed is great! It’s a tiny bit firmer than I like, but perfect for my boyfriend. It was super easy to set up. The frame had a small gouge from shipping, and Casper took care of it with minimal hassle.
