First, I didn't know what to expect. A mattress in a box? How will that work? Well, after 30 days on my mattress, let me tell you, my wife and I have not been back to our chiropractor. Before our Casper, each morning included the moans and groans of sore joints including achy backs and necks by me and my wife. We are waking up more refreshed and the only groan is that we need to leave our comfortable bed. The soft, yet firm sleeping surface feels therapeutic as we sleep. If we lessen the number of times to the chiropractor... the Casper will be WELL worth the purchase. Thanks Casper!

The unboxing was easy, we had to let the bed air out for about a day due the the smell. Once the smell had dissipated, sleeping on the bed has been great. Much better than sleeping on our old mattres.

The mattress itself is firm, yet forms to your body while providing enough support at night to wake up pain free.
