The experience of purchasing was hit and miss. The duvet cover never arrived and now will not be delivered for over 4 months. The mattress delivery and unassembly was amazing. Loved to compactness of the package and unfolding and easy. The mattress cover is extremely high quality. We come from the original foam mattress and we found the Casper a bit too soft but we could get use. Our biggest concern was the lack of edge support. We need all square inches of the bed and the edge is so soft that it felt like I would fall off and kinda did we I got too close to the edge. That is the reason we are returning the mattress. Otherwise it's such an amazing mattress and wish it just a little more firm on the edges so I don't fall off otherwise would keep it

So much so that I was convinced a Casper Can actually help my mother. She suffers from chronic pains on her lower back, legs and feet from her labor-intensive job as a janitor. I bought her a Casper for her new bed and I am very grateful to report she finally can enjoy a good night of sleep and recover over night and sleep in (most days!). p.s. my younger Brother just bought one as well!

I ordered my Casper and got 3 good nights of sleep before my surgery and really cannot imagine how I would be sleeping now without it. I will never go back to the dark side.
