[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything has been great, from order to shipping to delivery to setup to sleeping. The mattress came in this cute tall rectangular box that was manageable to get up to my apartment on an elevator (would want 2 people if you're taking it up stairs). The box is very thick so no worries about it being damaged in transport. Opening it is a fun experience and is a nice way to get a lot of anger and other emotion out as you have to rip a ton of plastic. Once you get through the plastic, the bed starts to inflate which is super fun to watch. Once the bed is ready....boom that's it you can sleep on it. It's a very nice and cozy bed. I will say that it is definitely on the firmer side. This is totally OK for me but would definitely not be OK for other people.

At first you feel that it is too soft and you will not get good support nor a good night sleep. But the mattress turns out to be everything they say it is. I sleep better and my back has less issues. I also disturb my wife less when I get into bed as the movement does not travel.
