Loved it So much- Ordered another!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the original in a Queen size that we slept on for almost 7 years and loved it! When we upgraded to a King size bed, we didn't hesitate to order a Casper again. Now the guests in our spare bedroom will get to enjoy our first Casper, because it has many years of life left in it!

Don’t Get the Water Resistant Mattress Cover

Product is not water resistant or waterproof at all. Our cat urinated on it and we caught it within 3 minutes and it soaked all the way through to the mattress in large quantity. Terrible.

Not the mattress for us but great staff and delivery process

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I tried multiple mattresses and thought this bed would work for us (one side sleeper and one back sleeper), however, after multiple months went by we realized it wasn't the mattress for us. With that being said, the support specialist who helped us out in the beginning was incredibly kind! Sadly, I just don't think Casper is for us.
