It's OK, don't understand all the hype, especially considering the price.

Got this mattress as sleeping on my older pillow top mattress was making my shoulders and hips sore after a few minutes on whichever side I was lying on. Unfortunately the same thing is happening with this one so I guess it's me. Also wasn't impressed with the delivery process at all. First, in my opinion, it takes way too long between the order and actual delivery (almost 3 weeks). Then if your old mattress has any stains or markings on it, they won't take it as promised. Pretty hard to keep a mattress spot free when it's well over ten years old. However, that may turn out to be a blessing in disguise as the jury's still out on whether I'm keeping this after the 100 day trial. So again, decent mattress but don't see it as anything close to all the hype about it.

Watching the mattress come to life after cutting the vacuum seal is cool! But I have never slept better than on my Casper queen mattress. Body aches and back issues are gone.
My wife and I are building a new house and the first thing we bought was a new Casper king mattress, and we haven't even broke ground yet! It's that important!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found the Casper Queen size mattress to be surprisingly comfortable! I was a little skeptical when I bought it as I had been sleeping on various futons for about 30 years, and had never found a good mattress substitute that made me want to change. I also found the Casper mattress to be relatively easy to manipulate and set up, and I was able to sleep on it in about 5 hours. My only 'complaint' was that I did not receive the little 'knife' used to cut the plastic around the mattress that videos I had watched displayed. In any case my Swiss Army knife came to the rescue and all turned out fine!
