it was a great experience opening the box and watching the mattress unfold and become our new bed.
Laying in the bed is so relaxing. The marshmallow like layers hug and support your body, no pressure points. The rest is amazing. My only complaint is that is has a plastic like odor, which seems to be fading with time. Im told its non toxic

We first slept on a Casper, during a visit with our son, it was so amazingly comfortable. When we returned home, I was experiencing reoccurring hip pain and realized that the pillow-top mattress we owned did not have support I needed. So we ordered our own Casper and my hip pain has diminished. We love it!

I desperately wanted to love my Casper but after 6 weeks I’m ready for another bed. Actually after the 3rd day my back was hurting but I wanted to give my body a chance to ‘adjust’. Now my back, lower and upper, is hurting so bad I wake up in the middle of night. Also, if you sleep hot - it’s not for you. The pillows however are awesome!
