The experience of purchasing was hit and miss. The duvet cover never arrived and now will not be delivered for over 4 months. The mattress delivery and unassembly was amazing. Loved to compactness of the package and unfolding and easy. The mattress cover is extremely high quality. We come from the original foam mattress and we found the Casper a bit too soft but we could get use. Our biggest concern was the lack of edge support. We need all square inches of the bed and the edge is so soft that it felt like I would fall off and kinda did we I got too close to the edge. That is the reason we are returning the mattress. Otherwise it's such an amazing mattress and wish it just a little more firm on the edges so I don't fall off otherwise would keep it

When I opened the box and unrolled the mattress I had hoped a cover that could be washed was covering the mattress. The last mattress I bought had one, this is a far better mattress than that was. I feel more rested throughout my day, I fall asleep faster and don't wake up from a distorted mattress. The last one after a while I felt like I was sleeping on a slope. Very much pleased !
