This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. Its not to soft and not to firm. Unboxing it was extremely simple. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone considering buying one!

Unboxing and opening the Casper was quite satisfying. It was fully 'inflated' within minutes. There was a little smell to it but nothing I didn't expect and it was gone after a few days. We slept on it the same night we received it and it was nothing short of bliss on my body. Our old mattress was older than I'd like to admit and anytime I slept on my side, I would get sharp pinching pain or limbs falling asleep. I immediately felt zero of that after only one night. I can now side sleep for hours with no issues. The quality of sleep my husband and I both have now is a total game changer. I used to fear going to sleep knowing I'd wake up in pain several times a night. This mattress is what I imagine it would feel like to be hugged by a cloud.

Well, Casper.... I really do love sleeping on my Casper mattress. Unfortunately, the outgassing issue is... an issue. The chemical odor is still very present; this after having purchased the mattress in late October, 2018, and following the unwrapping instructions. Other than this, it rocks. Just not 100%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so great! Despite the 100-day trial period, I knew after about Night 3 that I wasn't sending this baby back. I also got the bed frame, Foundation, and mattress protector (because, wine) - and it was all super simple to set up, even by myself! The mattress is definitely firm, which I happen to LOVE (and need), but I can still flop onto it after a long day and feel tension I didn't even realize I was carrying just melt away. Almost makes me forget that I sit at a desk all day :)
