I'll tell you why it was horrible for me.

If you are the type that likes to camp and enjoy that firm sleeping bag approach, this bed is for you. I on the other hand wake up more tired than when I went to sleep AND sometimes with weird neck stiffness and headaches. I liken it to sleeping on bags of cement. It is way too firm for me. The 90 days wasn't enough to figure it out. Now, I hate sleeping every night and often use my couch as a substitute.

Alleviate back pain & sleep through the night (finally)!

Disappointed

It's been four years now and I realize I should have admitted I didn't like our Casper years ago. I tried to convince myself it was worth the cost. But now both my wife and I dislike it.
The total lack of edge support is awful, especially when I sit on the bed to put on my socks in the morning or for any activities involving the edge.
My wife finds the mattress overly hot. That does not bother me.
What made us realize we didn't like it was when we got a zinus green tea mattress for a quarter the price for an airbnb we run. We love it and countless guests message us asking what the mattress is. We're going to ditch the Casper for a Zinus for ourselves and just sigh about how much money we wasted.

Pretty good mattress... no fiberglass!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really, really nice. It's soft and has really helped my back. The real test will be when I have my time of the month because my lower back always hurts like hell then. I wish it was a tad bit firmer and not as expensive, but for the most part, I think it's worth the money. Also, it doesn't have fiberglass, which is good for me because I have two cats who like to use my bed as a scratching post :)

Great choice to switch
