[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the comfort of the Casper mattress but the pillow is not my favorite. That's the only reason I will give it 4 instead of 5 stars. I feel like the pillow gets a little hot. I do love the way it comes apart for cleaning though.

However, I feel it leans a bit to the firm side, which I prefer. I have slept on other foam mattresses and woke up all sweaty. No problem with the heat on Casper. Their is a slight lingering chemical smell which should go away with time. It is not strong enough to offend me. I like the mattress and would purchase again.

We started to realize what good sleep was again and what we had been missing out on. So many of the aches and pains we had after waking each morning are a memory at the hands of this mattress in a box. Outstanding is the best word for it.
