[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress came while I was moving, and I took it out of the box (which was pretty easy) and put it on the bed. I resisted the temptation to try it out because I might not get up if it was as comfortable as advertised.Went to bed and fell into the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, and counting through 3 sheep, I woke up 10 hours later not feeling like I spent the entire day before moving.......and every night after has been the same......THANK YOU CASPER!

In use for just over 30 days and other than the initial chemical type smell, we've been pleased with the comfort so far.

The unboxing process was a piece of cake. We are still within the 100 day trial and are pleased with the mattress so far. I did attempt to contact you through "Contact Us" concerning a lingering chemical type odor but did not receive a response back. Considering we are in a trial period, this lack of response surprised me and gives me an indication that your customer service, on line, needs some work.

No more pain

Enjoyed unboxing the casper mattress. Was very skeptical about a foam mattress. I Studied for several months all different brands. Selected the Casper based on other reviews about the support and the risk free trial. Im 6'3 and 260lbs. I've never found a mattress that supported me properly until now. I've suffered from back pain for many years, I always wake up sore and stiff until I got this mattress. The very first night I slept better than I have in a very long time. For the first few days I could feel a mild soreness in my muscles but did not have the nerve pain from my lower back as I always have. After a few days my body finally adjusted to sleeping in proper alignment and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with this bed. It is hands down the best I have ever slept on. I've been sleeping on it for 2 months now. I really hope that it will last me several years. I love it and recommend it highly,

Is it better than my sleep number no it's not I bought Casper hoping it would be better sooner than later it would be I hoped.
Does it feel like sleeping on a cloud YES a thunder storm cloud I feel beat up it feels like I'm trapped in a hail storm.
I'd wait to ask for reviews if I was you until your sure I'm not sending it back, but to late lucky you my wife got rid of the sleep number bed.
I do believe it might be getting better but still not getting good sleep.

I have been enjoying my Casper for about a month, and it is really nice. I can barely tell when my partner moves, gets into or out of bed. The adjusting actuators make a nice quiet sound when they are working, but there is no other sound to the bed at all.
