Unboxing was a little tuff, you definitely need to people. Its just the right firmness to give support but not so rigid that it feels like your sleeping on a rock. I hated foam mattresses before this one but after researching on consumer reports and with the 100 night trial we decided to give it a try. So far it's been great and compared to a decent traditional mattress the price is great!

My wife says I don’t seem like a furnace anymore like I did with our previous mattress. We both suffered from back and neck pain before switching to the Casper and have not had any issues since. The delivery and setup was easy! We would definitely buy another and happy we made this switch.Anything you read about weak edge support is also false...I have constantly sat and sometimes sleep on the edge and had no issues whatsoever.

The set up was exceptionally easy and we slept comfortably on it the night we got it. While sleeping on it is great, sitting on the edge of the mattress is not comfortable as it feels like you are sliding off the edge.

The unboxing was quick and painless. I normally don't go for firm mattresses but after it broke in after 2 weeks, the sleep I got has been amazing. Haven't woken up in the middle of the night and it's much nicer than my last mattress. Would recommend it to a friend looking for a firm mattress.
