Just purchased the 3rd Casper for the house. Wife and I have been on ours for 3+ years, daughter almost 2 years, and other daughter about a month! All of us had back neck issues on old school mattresses and said issues disappeared immediately on the Casper! The ordering, delivery, unboxing, and the sleeping is great! Probably be purchasing our 4th next year for the guest bedroom.

I realized it was time to get a new mattress after months of sleeping poorly at home but really well whenever we went away. I dreaded the process of getting a new mattress: tons of research, visiting stores with over eager floor staff peppering you with questions, laying down for 60 seconds to figure out if a mattress was 'comfortable' (who knows after 60 seconds), paying thousands of dollars and taking time off from work to wait for delivery...the list goes on. I decided to pursue the memory foam mattress alternative after reading consumer reviews from many sources and sites (hundreds of them--trust me--we overdo the research)! We settled on the original Casper and never looked back. My husband and I are in our sixties with the occasional sore bones or muscles. This mattress provides the perfect level of support. We have been sleeping soundly for months. This winter we went to our vacation home and immediately realized how bad that mattress was, too. The day after we arrived we ordered a second Casper for that house which arrived a couple of days later--so easy and soooooo comfortable. I appreciate the guaranteed return--no questions asked if you don't like it. And it's really fun to watch the mattress 'expand' when it comes out of its packaging. We are very happy with both purchases!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea what to expect, since I'd never even sat on one; but two of my friends were raving about theirs, and there was the 100-night guarantee, so I rolled the dice and ordered it. The first night was profoundly different than my old memory foam, and I had some misgivings and the sleep was not the best; but I stuck with it and the second night was a lot better. By the fourth night, I was convinced that I had made the best decision about a mattress that I could have made; my back is happy, my hips are happy, and my checkbook is certainly a lot happier than another memory foam mattress would have made it! You folks built a good one.
