One of the most disappointing purchases we've ever made

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write something about this mattress and warn people of the "long-term" wear that happens. In theory, 100-night trial is great because you get a better chance to see how the Casper works in the short-term. The real issue has come only a few years later with this mattress. We have had this mattress since 2016 (only three years) and you would think this mattress is 20 years old. There are deep, DEEP depressions in the mattress where pressure points are on the body, particularly in the hip. Now, let me also say that my husband and I are both physically fit and it's not like there is an exorbitant amount of weight being applied to this mattress. Unfortunately, between the giant lump in the center of the mattress and the bowl-like depression where the hips are, you would think we are sleeping on a bed made out of down feathers. It's very uncomfortable, despite rotating the mattress often, and a very disappointing purchase. Three years in and we are already having to shop for another mattress. Don't waste your money. :(

Well that’s exactly what I have been feeling for the past 60 days. My Casper mattress is a breath of fresh air leaving me rested and refreshed ready to start my day.
