Much better than expected. Firm, but not too firm. Soft, but not too soft. You can move or get out of bed without your partner feeling or hearing you. The only downside is you cannot flip the mattress.

Mattress super; platform bed less so

We would give the mattress five stars. The only disappointing thing is the platform bed. The legs are too short, making the bed too low. We had to put something under the legs to make the bed higher.
