[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have only used traditional spring mattresses in the past so we were a little hesitant to jump to the Casper. We finally made the jump to Casper and it has been a great experience so far. The Casper mattress is extremely comfortable and has really great back support. The only reason i gave this mattress 4 out of 5 is because i was expecting the mattress to be a little bit more plush\soft than it is, but still very comfortable and supportive mattress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the feel and support that I get from the Casper mattress. I also love the coolness that spreads out. My wife and I get warm at night with the body heat (having a dog sleeping on the bed with us doesn't help with that!), but with the Casper mattress neither of us get warm and are able to enjoy a restful night's sleep.
I sold my home and moved into an apartment. I needed a new bed as mine was 18 years old and was willing to spend good money on a bed . I have back issues and researched for a great bed . I chose Casper for the reviews and price. So glad I did ! Comfortable and supportive. Would recommend to anyone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Casper so far! After only two nights, many of our regular aches and pains are gone and each night is a pleasure to go to sleep! We would highly recommend it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure why you named your bed 'Casper' but I am guessing here. It must be because a ghost has no hips, back, shoulder, or, any bones. And when I sleep on my King Casper, I feel like a ghost! I can't feel my achy, weary body! No more pressure points. No more constant shifting to relieve pain. Oh, and one more thing, I think ghosts don't get all hot and and sweaty. Well, now, neither do I! Sleeping cool. Dumped my Chilly Pad! Awesome!!!! Why did I wait so long?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the new Casper Original mattress for about a month and can say it is comfortable, though on the firm side. Personally, I'd say 7 to 7.5/10 in firmness. I'm a side sleeper and it's a bit firmer than I'd like. However, my wife, who cycles through all imaginable sleep positions nightly, sleeps better than on our previous traditional spring. I no longer wake up due to her moving as the motion isolation is very good. The zoned support in the middle of the "new" update is a mixed blessing; it helps align my spine, but since the mattress under my hips is firmer than my shoulders/head, it feels like I'm sleeping on a reverse incline. I'm sure this is something I'll continue to get used to. Overall, I'd recommend for couples with different sleep styles. If it's exclusively for side-sleepers, I'd recommend something softer to allow the shoulders to sink in just a bit more.
Honestly, not a fan. Its way too firm. Had we tried this in the store we never would have bought it. My husband likes it ok and wants me to give it a few more weeks before we decide to go with the hassle of returning it but idk whats gonna change in a few weeks. Its still going to be way too firm for my comfort lol. I'm just really underwhelmed and disappointed. We were sleeping on a 10 year old cheap spring pillow top with a foam topper before we got this and honestly that was more comfortable to me lol. But it makes my husband's back pain better, makes mine worse. Idk...just not impressed at all.
