My Casper experience has been great! I ordered The Casper King mattress at the end of December, and even with the New Year holiday I received it in about a week. It was delivered by UPS, and they even brought it in the house for me. We waited 24 hours after set-up to let it completely relax, and have enjoyed it now for the past three weeks. I read some complaints of off-gassing issues, but I only noticed a slight odor for the first week, which didn't bother my wife or me. Initially the mattress seamed a bit firm, but our previous mattress was badly worn and fairly soft. Either I'm used to it now, or it's getting broken-in because it doesn't seem as firm as it did at first. I had spinal fusion surgery 4 years ago, and am really pleased with the support this mattress gives my lower back. I tend to be a back sleeper, and my wife is a side sleeper - this seems to work well for both of us. I think anyone considering this mattress will be pleased if you like a slightly firm feel with great contour support, and should give it a try.
