This is the 2nd memory foam mattress I've had. The first one from another company lasted 6 years before it developed a depression that made sleeping uncomfortable. Only time will tell if my Casper does better.
My reason for a 5 star rating is based on how comfortable and supportive my Casper is right from the box. I did not have to get used to it and found sleeping comfortable in every position.
