Good Mattress but firm

Unboxing was easy. Opened plastic and it puffed right up. Let it set for 5 hrs before sleeping on. Right away, i knew that instead of the 4 rating Consumer Reports gave it, it is more like a 7 meaning this is not a soft or medium mattress but on the firm side. I went from a nice pillow top mattress to this and although I have noticed that it is softening up a bit, still, I will be purchasing a topper for it, just to keep from having issues with pressure point pain, as we are both side sleepers. It is well made, and although it did have an odor the first 3 or 4 days, that has since dissipated. I do love that it does sleep cool and also i don't feel my husband moving around. Would recommend if you like a firmer mattress. My son loves his.

The mattress was good for the price - not too firm, not too soft. Being a foam mattress, it does get a bit hot. I may consider a hybrid mattress next time for this reason.

I use to wake up with back aches, toss and turn all night as well as wake up multiple times during the night. Since I bought the Casper and have slept on it for 2 weeks now, I do not wake up with back aches and I sleep threw the night. I would totally recommend this mattress to my friends and family. Best decision my husband and I have ever made. 5 stars!!!

The mattress sleeps cool and provides me with great support. It is a bit firmer than I thought it would be, but still very comfortable. I would recommend Casper to anyone looking to upgrade their mattress. PS, watching it expand is pretty cool. My grandkids got a big kick out of watching....

No more back pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have both been having some back problems and after a trip overseas we realized it was our mattress...after we had time away from our bed. When it was time to decide to get a new mattress Casper was the only one I thought of given the good reviews, advertisement in Podcasts, and commercials on TV. It has been 8 days and my back no longer hurts! It was easy to set up, easy to purchase, and much more affordable than I thought it would be!

Wish it worked for my wife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! I'm 6' 3" and weight about 155 lbs. Unfortunately, it's too firm for my wife who is 5' 6" and weighs just over 100 lbs.
