Bed is very well made. Unboxing was easy and set up fast. Unable to get comfortable after week or so. Used to I guess a little more give to the mattress and this I thought was pretty firm. Put a topper on it and it is fine. No fault of the mattress, just my preference for something I think a little more forgiving.

Very dissapointed, not at all like the website indicated

We really enjoyed setting up the bed. It was fun to watch it expand. We bought the Casper frame, foundation, mattress and pillows. The frame and foundation were very easy to set up and fun to put together. We have been sleeping on the king mattress for 6 weeks now and do not like it at all. It is way to firm. I called Casper 2 weeks in to ask why it was so firm when my daughters twin mattress is great, not too firm or too soft. I was told because of the greater surface area it would take time to break in and that I needed to give my body time to adjust to the bed. Well, 4 weeks later I still toss and turn all night and wake up with lower back pain. I did not like our other mattress at all and was so looking forward to the Casper Mattress. I read everything on the website and thoroughly checked it out before our purchase. I am very disappointed. I will be returning it. I will say that our Basset hound loves it, he sleeps all night.
