I bought this mattress thinking it would be good for my bad back after reading all the reviews and it was a great price. It’s so firm my lower back hurts so bad and my arms go numb from disc protrusions being irritated form it being so firm. I can’t hardly sleep on it. The floor is more comfortable. I thought maybe it’ll get broken in and get better, but it doesn’t. No, I can’t return it now I’ve had to too long.

I had mine delivered and set up as we wanted our old mattress carted away. Was fun to watch it "grow" as it was unboxed by the delivery guys. Slept well immediately and it was a relief to have a mattress with no sags after sleeping 12 years on our old Tempurpedic (which we liked just fine for the first 7 or 8 years). The Casper is even more comfortable and it's less money. It's good on pressure points too.

Was initially wary of online mattress purchase, now couldn't be happier or deeper asleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far (about 2.5 weeks) in, I'm extremely happy with my Casper. I had always gone to Sears to try out mattresses and then have them delivered all of my adult life, so with the demise of Sears I was nervous about what to do next. I did a little Consumer Reports research and saw Casper was top listed, so I gave it a go. I loved that it was delivered to my door, and relatively compact (given that it's a queen size) which was wonderful as I was working on unpacking (which always makes a bigger mess before things fall into order). I kept it in the box for a few extra days while I settled in and painted my bedroom, then opened it up! It opened really easily (I did it mostly by myself) and inflated super fast (minutes not hours or days). I was super dubious about a mattress without springs after decades of exclusively sleeping on spring mattresses, but this thing is magic. My sleep is definitely deeper. I wake up A LOT at night, and while that hasn't entirely changed, I tend to not wake up as much or as completely, and when I'm sleeping I'm definitely deeper in that sleep. It's pretty wonderful. I realize 2.5 weeks isn't very long, but I'm sold on this Casper business. I'll definitely be buying again with them in the future. In the meantime, I'm enjoying deep, comfy sleep.
