Unboxing the mattress was pretty easy, but it would be nice if the instructions or the plastic wrap or box showed which were the ends and which were the sides. I like the slimness of the mattress compared to a innerspring.

Pretty close to just the right amount of support with pressure relief

I tend to sleep on my back or side, and sometimes even my stomach - The Casper seems to be pretty close to the right amount of firm yet not too firm for all. I do find I do not sleep on my side as much as I use to. It also seems to sleep pretty cool. It is odd how thin it is (9.5" versus the Amerisleep AS3 I tried which was 12) and the degassing was quite noticeable for a week or so.

exactly what i needed from a foam mattress; Legitimately improved my life

Saved up for forever to afford a queen size. Price seams cheap now compared to the quality and service of what I got. Everything about this was above and beyond satisfactory; from watching the videos about how these bad boys are made, to the text updates on delivery, to snap chatting it's magical transformation upon unboxing, to sliding into this bed like a baseball player stealing home base every night. And trust me, I throw myself into this thing with glee.
My last mattress was never this comfy, even before it got old. I wanted a new foam one that wouldn't flatten so bad, but temperpedics I had sampled were very stiff and overheated me.
Casper is EXACTLY what they say it is - comfy, but with support and air flow.
I am getting better sleep, thus feel better at work, and finally seeing what I thought were permanent dark circles under the eyes begin to fade. Its like I was a miserable zombie and this mattress, through good sleep, has given me a cure.
Next I'm getting the adjustable badse, and one of the dog beds. <3
