I had been sleeping on the same mattress for 12 years. I know that mattresses last around 10 years or so, but never really noticed any real lack in support -- until I got my Casper.I think I literally passed out on the mattress, slept like a rock, and woke up with energy. I would always wake up tired on my old mattress, and attributed that to not taking my vitamins. I now realize that I must have not been sleeping well or soundly, and how badly I actually needed a Casper.I love my Casper. Best purchase EVER.
This bed is not bad, but I can't really say it's good. My husband and I both had sore backs with our old mattress and were hoping that would go away with a new one. It has improved a bit, but not enough. I feel that it's just not firm enough for us. Plus it seems to be too warm. I am hoping that it works out.
Between this new mattress and the approximate 7 new pillows on my bed, I now sleep like a member of the Greek Pantheon, in a state mortals can only dream of achieving, preferably on a Casper mattress.
I was really excited to get a Casper after seeing their ads all over the Bay Area. But I've been disappointed by the price tag, it's gone up since I had last checked and it really doesn't feel like it's worth the money. Before getting my Casper, I was sleeping on an air mattress for five months because I was unsure if I was about to make a big move. So coming from an air mattress, anything is an improvement, but a month or so in, and I am disappointed in how marginally better the Casper is to an air mattress for it's expensive price. Maybe it's just my experience. But I think I'll be returning this and getting my money back.

My husband and I lay on this mattress and can't decide if we are comfortable or not. Then I pass out and sleep straight through the night! My fit bit records my sleep and ever since I started sleeping on this bed I have needed less sleep over all. 9 hours on my old mattress would give me 1.5 hours of deep sleep. Last night I slept 7 hours and got 2 hours deep sleep! I toss and turn less and wake up less. It's an unexpected and kinda awesome discovery!
Mattress is great! It took a few days for my body to adjust from my other terrible non-supportive mattress but now I look forward to going to sleep. The only suggestion I have is for the standard king size to make it more clear somehow which sides are top/bottom.
