Good but not one size fits all.

We bought the casper mattress in queen size after owning a tempurpedic prima mattress for 1.5 years. The prima was too firm for me as a side sleeper. The casper feels a lot like the prima but a little more forgiving. Unfortunately it is still a little firm for me as a side sleeper. My hips and back still get a little sore by morning but not as sore as with the tempurpedic. The casper is a good mattress, just not a miracle bed for all. My wife likes it so we will be sticking with it as a compromise.
