Worth every penny

I bought the medium tier Casper mattress (called "The Casper") a few weeks ago and my sleep has never been better. The firmness is great for my back and I no longer wake up with any weird pains. Plus, it is insatiably comfortable in a way that encourages a truly restful sleep experience. I also purchased the mattress cover which is great if you're like me and occasionally like to eat or dink while watching movies in bed! The unboxing experience took 2 minutes tops and required little effort- all I had to do was slide it out of the box, take off the wrapping, and shift it on to my frame. Altogether a pleasant purchase experience and a product that will provide immense value for many years to come.

Nice but pretty firm

My boyfriend bought a Casper about a year ago; maybe a little longer. I loved it so ordered myself this bed. It's nowhere near as comfortable as his. It's much firmer. I called & asked about it & the fellow I spoke w/ said it's impossible to get that bed as the company "upgraded" the bed. I don't find it to be an upgrade & was actually pretty disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting the bed. I was born w/ scoliosis & was involved in a severe car crash as an adult (hit by a drunk driver) so I absolutely cannot sleep in a traditional, innerspring mattress. The Casper is certainly better than that but not as good as the original model. He & I each bought the middle choice of the three mattress choices.

My wife and I finally decided to take a chance on ordering a new mattress by using the computer instead of listening to all the lies spouted by the salesman in our local mattress store. We had been through that routine too many times before and ended up disappointed and angry. We read a lot about the Casper and thought we would take a chance. Well, the ordering was easy and quick, the delivery went smoothly, the set-up was white glove all the way, and we even had them take away the very heavy mattress we had bought only a few years ago. We tried sitting on the mattress as soon as the delivery guys had left and had a good laugh when I slid off and ended up on the floor. That was the last time that happened. We both agree that our Casper is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. I would recommend it to all our friends and relatives and anyone who has been sleeping on a hard mattress which is very heavy and full of body dents.
