Unboxing our Casper was an adventure. Once it was unwrapped from very tight plastic, it unfolded and had no crimps at the corners. Since it was wrapped and stacked in a box, you'd think the corners would be mashed, but they were very sturdy and continue to be squared on the bed. Sleeping on the Casper is a dream!! My sciatica is improving daily because the Casper supports my back in the right places, isn't too supportive as to be too hard, and every night I look forward to climbing into bed. I used to dread going to bed because I couldn't sleep. I've been sleeping on it for almost 3 weeks now and it is absolutely the BEST mattress I've ever owned. I recommend you take a chance on this dreamy experience (pun intended). You won't regret it.

Loving the Casper and Adjustable Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm about a week past the 30-day "burn-in" period, and so far things are great. On my conventional inner-spring mattress I had lately been having either back or shoulder pain almost daily. Since switching to the Casper mattress, I am very glad to report that these pains have mostly faded. Even when I do a lot of physical activity and go to bed with some pain, by morning everything feels fine. I got the Casper Mattress and the Adjustable Pro base. I love being able to watch TV in bed without using a bolster pillow. And setting the massage feature is a great way to drift off to sleep. The only two downsides I've noticed is, if I sleep for much longer than 8 hours, my hips begin to ache a little. I think that's mostly due to the Casper being a little firmer than my former mattress, but it's not a huge issue since I rarely sleep that long. The other is I have found that the Casper does sleep just slightly hotter than my conventional mattress. I know a lot of people find the opposite, it's probably just unique to each individual, and again, it's not a huge issue for me. I would definitely recommend the Casper to anyone.

Huge Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were looking for a mattress upgrade. We shopped around a little bit, and stopped by the Casper store on Southport in Chicago. We ended up buying The Casper in a Queen online. It showed up promptly and when we set it up — it was magic. The unboxing process is extremely easy, and the mattress is wonderful. It's alleviated a lot of the soreness in my back and shoulders that I used to get from our old mattress. It is just the right amount of firmness, and I'm able to shift around in my sleep without disturbing my wife. Highly recommend!

We didn't want to drive around town, laying on random beds while a desperate salesperson pressured us into "the perfect fit". My wife was leery of an out-of-the-box solution, but I assured her we had 100 days to try it out with no commitment.It's been two weeks and we're in sleeping bliss. I haven't slept through the night in months until I got my Casper. We loved our firm mattress and Casper provided the firmness we needed coupled with the comfort long gone from our antique mattress. Give it a try. You'll be happy that you did.

For my wife it was exciting to have the box deliverd to our door and then begin the process of building the bed and frame, etc. I have wanted a Casper for year's and have whispered in her ear over and over how she would love Casper. The whole experience of ordering and putting the whole package together, and finally making the bed was work, but pleasant and gratifying work. Our personal experience with the mattress has been everything the advertising says it would be. In fact, since our first purchase of our king size we have purchased a queen and a mattress for our daughter's dog. I am glad that we finally made the move and there is no reasonable comparison to store bought products, most of which are not even made in the U.S.A.

No twisting and turning all nightlong and the Casper pillows are unbelievable also. Can’t imagine what 30 day (to get used to them) will result in. Thank you for a great product.
