upgrade from previous mattress

We don't wake up with pressure pain in joints like we were having before the Casper but thought it would like it to be a bit softer. We feel like we are sleeping on the bed instead of being in bed. I sleep with my foot over the edge of the bed and the cording around the edge doesn't feel good. Overall, lighter weight and easier to move than previous mattress.

I am not happy at all with this mattress! Read the other reviews, can't believe we are sleeping on the same mattress. Consumer Reports said it was ideal for side sleepers, find that hard to believe. The mattress is not comfortable, often wake up with aches and pains! I have given it a decent trial period, it has not changed from the first night! Extremely disappointed!
